Description
The Lifestyle Modification Program is a structured multi-session program designed to help individuals improve their cardiovascular health and overall fitness through guided exercise, dietary counselling, and medical supervision. • Physical Examination • Body Mass Index (BMI) • Blood Pressure and Heart Rate • Consultation with Wellness Doctor • Cardio-Fitness Exercise with Physiotherapist — 8 Sessions • Body Composition Analysis — 4 Times • Dietary Counselling by Dietitian — 4 Sessions • Consultation by Sports Medicine Specialist — 2 Sessions • Refreshments (provided after each session)
